Tuesday, February 15, 2011. After our warm up we did a little work on our snatch trying to perfect the form and motion of the movement. Had 4 sets of 8 snatches at ur own pace. Sunday, February 13, 2011. Got to have a rough workout on Friday night. Thats the only right way to end the week. We had a good warm-up then practiced some handstands and walking handstand again to help hone on those skills.

Follow a narrow path off Newland Avenue opposite Lloyds TSB Bank and you will encounter a gardened area leading to the Zoo vegetarian Café and coffee Shop. The Zoo also holds vegetarian and vegan evenings with live acoustic music, which are enjoyed and praised by all.

Monday, May 17, 2010. Noura explores the moroccan medical system. Well we are back packing up now and getting ready to sell the house. We made it in time for the kids to play in the snow and now we are enjoying the warm weather and having yard sales. Gosh you can really accumulate a lot of stuff over the course of a life time.
